By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether authorized or unauthorized. You must immediately notify mas4d customer support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced security.
mas4d is required by international gaming regulations to verify the identity of all Members. Before processing your first withdrawal (and periodically thereafter), we may request the following documentation:
You must provide requested documents within 30 days of the request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. All documents are encrypted and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No Fees: mas4d does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees, interbank transfer fees, or currency conversion fees beyond our control.
You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Processing Times: Withdrawals are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on Indonesian public holidays are processed on the next business day. VIP Members receive priority processing with 24/7 availability.
Withdrawal Fees: mas4d does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 5 withdrawals per month. A processing fee of 1% (minimum Rp 10.000) applies to withdrawals exceeding the free allowance.
Security Holds: mas4d reserves the right to delay or investigate withdrawals if we detect suspicious activity, bonus abuse, terms violations, or potential fraud. You will be notified of any hold and given an opportunity to provide clarifying information.
mas4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, tournament prizes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions ("Bonus Terms") which are provided on the promotional page and must be read carefully before claiming.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 1x to 35x the bonus amount depending on the promotion. You must complete wagering requirements before converting bonus funds to withdrawable cash. Game contributions toward wagering vary by game type (slots typically contribute 100%, live casino 10-20%, sports betting varies by odds).
Bonus Abuse: The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

Bonus Forfeiture: You may forfeit an active bonus at any time through your Account settings. Forfeiting a bonus removes both the bonus funds and any associated winnings but releases your original deposit funds from wagering restrictions.
Fair Play: All Members must engage in fair play and comply with the rules of each Game. Cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software bugs or errors, and any form of unfair advantage are strictly prohibited.
Game Results: All Game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer actions. Game results are final and binding. In rare cases of technical malfunction, mas4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
Errors and Malfunctions: If you notice an error in odds, bet acceptance, payout calculation, or Game malfunction, you must immediately notify customer support and cease playing the affected Game. Continuing to exploit known errors constitutes a terms violation.
Sports Betting: For sports betting markets including football (bandar bola), basketball, badminton, and others, official league and competition rules apply. Settlement is based on official results as determined by the governing sports body. Abandoned or postponed matches are handled according to sport-specific rules detailed in our sports betting section.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

mas4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice. Reasons for suspension or termination may include but are not limited to:
Upon Account termination, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Any outstanding Account Balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds and winnings derived from terms violations) will be returned to you following completion of any pending investigations and KYC procedures.
Voluntary Closure: You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.
